Event insurance is required for all events.

Supplemental Fees & Requirements

  • AV Tech $40/hr. (2-hour minimum)
  • Projector & screen package available at $150 per event.
  • Podium & microphone package available at $75 per event.
  • Microphone (2 available) & in-house speaker (4 available) package available at $75 per event.
  • Microphone available at $15 ea.
  • A/V package is available at $300 which includes 2-mics, 4 in-house speakers, TV monitors, and Projector/Screen (Gallery rentals & OC only).
  • Security is required at $40/hr for all events that begin after 5PM and/or with a guest count of 60 people or more.
  • TABC certified bartenders are available at $45/hr.
  • No outside bartenders are allowed.
  • The BSNM has a TABC license to sell therefore NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED.
  • The bar has a $500 minimum, please ask about our bar packages.
  • A gratuity of 22% added on all events with bar.
  • Bar tasting is available at an extra cost. Contact bar manager.
  • Payment of 50% due to secure the date.
  • All credit card payments will incur a 2% processing fee
  • Discounts are available for non-profits based on availability, and at the discretion of management.
  • Discounts are available for multi-day rentals, all-day rentals, and for museum members, please inquire.
  • The client must purchase event insurance or provide a liability policy with BSNM named as insured.
