Price includes 4-hour event time, 1-hour set up, 1-hour breakdown, maintenance staff, event assistant, complimentary parking, tables, & chairs.
Additional Requirements: Security is $50 an hour with a four-hour minimum required for all events. Additional security required for events with a bar or lager than 75 guests. It is $250 for each additional hour over the specified time. Must purchase event insurance, 50% due to secure the date.
